Our Approach
We recognize that body weights vary naturally and are influenced by genetics, environment, and social factors. Therefore, we follow a weight-inclusive model of wellness. Meaning that our client-centered approach is aimed at increasing overall health, well-being, mood, and healthy behaviors like nutrition, movement, and sleep. In addition, we focus on improving objective health metrics such as blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and inflammation markers. We do not measure weight loss or BMI ranges as goals of success.
