After we learn more about you, we will provide you with a draft of recommendations, pricing, and payment options for a 3, 6, or 12-month program. It’s a no-pressure process, and you let us know when you are ready to get started.

We understand how some sports and activities like running, paddling, typing, and sitting at a computer can stress fascia (connective tissue), causing it to become tight, develop adhesions (stickiness), and lose hydration, leading to restricted mobility, stiffness, and chronic pain. We can work with you to determine the best movement, hydration, and specific therapies to restore its smooth, gliding function.
